He also denied his presence at CST and Cama Hospital -targets of the attacks.
"Kasab was not at CST or Cama Hospital when the places were attacked by terrorists and his photographs produced in the trial court were morphed," lawyer Amin Solkar told Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice RV More of the Bombay high court who are hearing arguments on confirmation of death sentence awarded to him.

Solkar argued that Sebastian had not given the memory card of his camera to police during investigation. Instead he took out a CD of some photographs and got them developed in a private studio at Fort area of South Mumbai. Sebastian neither produced receipt of the studio nor did he give the name of the shop or owner.

Kasab's lawyers Amin Solkar and Farhana Shah met him recently in prison to ask him whether he had anything to say as they were drafting an appeal to be filed in the High Court next week.
"Kasab told us that he needed a pen and some papers to note down certain points which he had come across during the trial. We forwarded his request to prison authorities who have now provided him with the stationery," Shah said.
Kasab also told us that "he had full faith in both of us and that he would accept whatever legal advise we gave him," Shah said.
"We are currently going through the 1,500-page judgement and the chargesheet supplied to us. The appeal is being prepared and would be filed shortly," Shah said.Man accused of raping former lover acquitted
Special Judge Vrushali Joshi acquitted the accused after the prosecution failed to prove its case.
It was the prosecution's case that the accused (32) had raped and abused the 22-year-old woman on several occasions between June 2006 and December 2007.Defence advocate Amin Solkar argued that the sex was consensual and there was no evidence to show that the accused had actually sent the emails or pasted the pictures. "The camera from which the pictures were taken was actually recovered from the woman," Solkar said.
The accused and the woman worked at an office in Kala Ghoda. The man was the woman's senior at work. and over time the duo became close. They began to spend time together outside office.
The woman said that she had agreed to the man's marriage proposal. She alleged that the accused used to threaten her that if she did not marry him, he would kill her parents and siblings. In her statement to the police, the woman said the duo had made attempts to elope and get married, but their plan did not materialize.
The woman claimed that she had found out that the accused was previously married. When confronted, he assured her that he would get a divorce.
The couple eventually broke up. The woman said that on December 8, 2007, she saw her nude pictures plastered outside her gate and in the street. She then filed a police complaint. The woman also alleged that her pictures were even sent to her colleagues.
The police registered a case against the accused under sections 376 (rape), 430 (cheating), 506 Part II (criminal intimidation), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and sections of the Information Technology Act. The accused was granted bail before the chargesheet was filed.
